Itinerary

Arrival:

If you're taking the train from Rome, aim to depart by 1:30 PM.
🚌 3:30 PM: Group transportation from Terni Train Station to Abbazia San Pietro & Santa Croce Villa.
4:00 PM: Check-in.

Evening:

7:00 PM: Welcome dinner in the garden (our treat!)
- Menu: Woodfired pizza, dessert buffet, wine/beer/soft drinks.
- A few speeches will take place during dinner.
🚌 10:00 PM: Nighttime shuttle service to Santa Croce Villa and other accommodations.

Morning:

Daytime:

🚗 Rides coordinated between Santa Croce and Abbazia for those without cars.
Lunch: Guests are on their own - hotel restaurant or nearby spots (car needed).
Activities (choose your own adventure style):
- 10:00 AM: GROUP HIKE through the mountainside.
- 2:00 PM: PASTA-MAKING CLASS in the Abbazia garden (€60/person, limited to 45 people – email to reserve). This will be moved indoors if it is too hot.
- POOL TIME at Santa Croce Villa.
  - 🚗 Rides coordinated between car-havers and people who want to enjoy the pool.
- SPA appointments available, book on hotel website.
- ROAMING THE GROUNDS with wine — highly encouraged.
  - Alcohol (including wine bottles you can take around the property) can be purchased at the hotel bar/restaurant during the day.

Evening:

7:00ish PM: The dinner plan is that we will all eat at at the hotel restaurant, but guests are on their own to settle bills by seated groups.
- You do not need to make reservations for the restaurant - we are handling it.
- A few speeches will take place during dinner.
- You're also welcome to explore dinner options offsite.

Wedding Schedule:

4:15 PM: Ceremony (30 minutes long)
5:00 PM: Cocktail hour & photos.
7:00 PM: Dinner in the Large Cloister (speeches between courses).
10:00 PM–Late: Dance party in the Small Cloister with our DJ, Korra the Kid.
🚌 11:30 PM: Nighttime shuttle service to Santa Croce Villa and La Tenuta dei Fiori.

Morning:
- Abbazia guests: Breakfast spread at the hotel. (8:30-10:00 AM)
- Santa Croce guests: Breakfast delivered. (8:30-10:00 AM)
