Getting There

By Train:

  • If you’re arriving by train, your destination is Terni Railway Station.

  • Trains from Rome to Terni depart roughly once an hour.

  • Our group transportation departs at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, June 24 from Terni Station:

    • Arrives at Santa Croce Villa

    • Then continues to Abbazia San Pietro in Valle

By Car:

  • If you’re driving, your destination is:
    Abbazia San Pietro in Valle, Ferentillo, Italy
    (Be sure to let us know if you're renting a car and haven’t yet!)

Nightly Shuttles

We’ll be running nightly shuttles from Abbazia San Pietro to nearby accommodations including Santa Croce Villa and La Tenuta dei Fiori.

Each trip is about a 10-minute drive. Times and stops are based on guest locations and may shift slightly.

  • Tuesday, June 24 — After the Welcome Dinner
    • 10:00 PM: Departs Abbazia
    • Drop-off at Santa Croce Villa
    • (No stop at La Tenuta — those guests arrive the next day)

  • Wednesday, June 25 — After Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant
    • 10:00 PM: Departs Abbazia
    • Drop-offs at Santa Croce Villa and La Tenuta dei Fiori

  • Thursday, June 26 — After the Wedding Reception
    • 11:30 PM: Departs Abbazia
    • Drop-offs at Santa Croce Villa and La Tenuta dei Fiori

Getting to the Abbazia Each Day

If you’re staying at Santa Croce Villa or La Tenuta dei Fiori and don’t have a car, no worries — we’re organizing daily rides with guests who do.
We’ll make sure everyone can get to and from the Abbazia for breakfast, activities, and wedding events.

Going Home – Friday, June 27

We’ve arranged group transportation to Terni Station for Friday morning:

  • 11:00 AM: Departure from Santa Croce Villa
    (This group will check out first)

  • 11:30 AM: Departure from Abbazia San Pietro

  • 12:00 PM: Arrival at Terni Railway Station

🏨 Lodging Info

Abbazia San Pietro

  • Our main venue doubles as a hotel. Many of you — especially wedding party and family — are staying here.

Santa Croce Villa

  • 10 minutes drive down the road in Ferentillo, this villa includes six condo-style units and an on-site pool. If you're staying here, we’ve got your transportation covered each day and night.

Which One Am I In?

  • Unless you’ve been told or know otherwise, you are in the Abbazia.

🛂 Passport & Visa Tips

  • Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned return date.

    • Example: If you're flying home on July 6, 2025, your passport should be valid through October 6, 2025.

  • No Visa required — Italy’s updated requirements won’t take effect until 2026.

Forecast in Ferentillo (Late June)

  • Expect highs in the low 90s - prepare accordingly.
    Plan for hot days and warm evenings.
